Delivery

Free delivery is applicable on all orders over £25.00 plus VAT. All orders below £25.00 plus VAT are charged at £5.95.

*Next Working Day Delivery is only applicable on orders placed before 1pm. Your order will then be sent by next working day courier service.

Please note all items in your basket must be next day delivery items for your whole order to be eligible for next day delivery.

In the unlikely event we should be temporarily out of stock of an item, we are normally able to offer an alternative in-stock product and will advise you of a new ship date.

Large orders may be sent on a palletised delivery. Next day delivery is not guaranteed on palletised deliveries. You will be advised as soon as possible if your order constitutes as Large order and the standard delivery time for palletised delivery is 3 days.

Free Delivery & Next day delivery is only applicable to mainland UK orders. All International Orders, remote UK areas, NI and Eire are subject to an additional transit time depending on your location. Returns

If you receive your product in a damaged state, please contact us and we will arrange for their replacement. You must inform us within 72 hours of any problems however, and please keep the original packaging as far as possible. If it is clear that your product is damaged when you receive it, please DO NOT sign for the package, but contact us immediately.
